Jamie Tan May Ann

Hello there! I’m a young, vibrant and creative teacher that has been teaching for the past 3 years.

The subjects that I teach are Mathematics, English and Bahasa Melayu. I teach students of Grade 5-10 (IGCSE students and also SPM students). My highest qualification in those subjects are A-Level (Edexcel syllabus) during college. Besides that, I have a Bachelor’s Hons. Degree in International Relations.

I have been working with local and foreign students for the past three and a half years both in Cambodia and in Malaysia. Hence, I am well-versed and able to communicate with children of various cultural backgrounds and ages.

Other than teaching, I have been focusing on improving my students’ social skills and community awareness. I give short motivational stories and use creative teaching methods to inspire my students. You learn more when you have fun!
